About the Owners

David Williams is a Cary native & lifelong resident of the Triangle Area.  Since 1997 David has been partnering with home buyers & sellers to accomplish their goals through his expert advice.  David has experience in a number of roles, including being a top solo agent, overseeing 100 plus agents in a leadership/management role, training other agents in the business and now leading the Selling to Give Real Estate Firm.  David is also a certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach and loves educating others and offering something of value to help them make wise decisions on their real estate journey.

Amanda Williams grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa and worked a number of odd jobs in between her international travels doing missionary work in a number of different countries around the globe.  She has a love for adventure and a desire to impact the lives of people she interacts with.  David and Amanda met in 2010 and in 2012 Amanda moved to Cary, NC.  She got her real estate license in 2013 and started working with David, partnering with home buyers and sellers, offering items of value that would equip them to make wise decisions throughout the real estate journey and helps them navigate the entire process.

World's Collide

Co-Founders David & Amanda Williams met in 2010 while both serving in international mission while onboard the missionary book ship MV Logos Hope.  They were married in 2014 and continued to serve people through their real estate business with international missions remaining dear to their hearts.

After a few years of working for a larger firm, David & Amanda began to feel like things were out of alignment.  They felt called to be more transparent with their business and their faith, which led to the launch of their own Real Estate Firm called Selling to Give - Real Estate with Real Impact.

Selling to Give's mission is to be YOUR TRUSTED PARTNER in Real Estate with a vision to be the Most Trusted Real Estate Firm in the Triangle.  While this is an incredible vision for the Real Estate Firm; owners David and Amanda have their own vision for every local real estate transaction to have a global impact which led them to the creation of their own non-profit foundation.
